About Glamourous Grace
Glamourous Grace sells affordable, luxury women's dresses — maxi, mini, midi, and bridal — with free shipping and VIP rewards positioned as core parts of the brand promise. The first case study in this pair looked at how Custlo's Store Credit module powers that VIP rewards layer. This one looks at the rest of the account page: how Custlo turns it from an order-lookup screen into a personalization and re-engagement surface.
The Opportunity
A dress is rarely a one-and-done purchase decision. Shoppers browse multiple styles before buying, often return for a second occasion (a wedding season, a holiday party circuit), and frequently need the same item again in a different size or color for a friend or a repeat event. None of that browsing or repeat-need behavior is visible on Shopify's default account page — it only shows past orders.
Custlo's dashboard-level features close that gap by surfacing what the customer was actually doing and wanted, right where she manages her account.
The Solution: Custlo's Dashboard & Personalization Modules
How It Complements the Store Credit Layer
The store credit case study covered the incentive to come back. This layer covers the reason to come back even without an incentive: she sees the dress she was eyeing, a one-click reorder of something she already loved, and a next-best-item suggestion — all inside the same dashboard where her store credit balance already lives.
| Customer moment | Feature that serves it |
|---|---|
| "I was deciding between three dresses" | Recently Viewed Products |
| "I need this dress again in another color" | Quick Reorder |
| "What goes with this dress?" | AI Upsell Offers |
| "I want to be notified near my wedding date" | Custom Fields + Birthday/date-based triggers |
| "Is this brand legit?" | Testimonials & Trust Badges |
| "What's new this season?" | Promotional Banners |
Expected Business Impact
As with the store credit case study, I don't have Glamourous Grace's actual Custlo configuration or analytics, so no invented numbers here either. What's worth tracking once these modules are confirmed live:
- Click-through rate on Recently Viewed / Upsell widgets inside the account page
- Reorder rate via the Quick Reorder button vs. standard checkout
- Profile completion rate for custom fields (sizing, occasion date)
- Email/SMS campaign performance when segmented by custom field data (e.g., "has an upcoming wedding date")
